THE VILLA

It has 6 bedrooms for a capacity of 13 people, you will find in the house 3 beautiful double bedrooms with beds in 160, two children bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds and 3 bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with blackout shutters. An outbuilding accompanies everything, it is composed of a master suite (not air-conditioned and without shutter) with a bed 160 and a bathroom with shower and toilet, a ceiling fan can refresh you.

The rooms of lives are spacious and very bright, you can spend pleasant moments with family. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a beautiful dining room and living room with fireplace (not usable). A laundry room with washing machine and dryer completes this property.

The exteriors are arranged around a beautiful landscaped garden and about 180m2 of terrace, with an outdoor kitchen consisting of a plancha and a charcoal barbecue. You can also enjoy a large table to eat on the covered terrace as well as a seating area and some Chilean to sunbathe.

The house is ideal for families who want to put down their cars and enjoy the lively village of Canon where you can do everything on foot. The animation is still present, people in search of calm and silence will not appreciate the charm of this magnificent villa. The festival of the Canon takes place from 12 to 15 August.

THE ACCESS

The village of Canon is a must in Cap Ferret. Its oyster village is composed of colorful huts, the main alley dotted with oyster shells, the mimosas in bloom, everything is there to immerse you in a world apart, the time of a tasting of oysters facing the Basin.

The Canon also has a pier, from which you can go by shuttle or boat to discover the treasures of the Arcachon Basin.Walks on the sand along the oyster traps are possible at low tide.

On the basin side, a beach is accessible to all tides in the middle of the bay

The only sector of the peninsula with a bicycle path through the state-owned forest, you can reach the ocean beaches of Truc vert and Garonne in a few minutes by bike. A bike path to Cap-Ferret is also accessible.
