Large enclosed shared garden. Garden furniture, plancha, deck chairs. House located 2.5 km from Lake St-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 10 minutes from Cambo-les-Bains and the Spanish border (Dantxaria), 20 minutes from the beaches of the Basque coast (Biarritz, St Jean de Luz ). Many hiking trails around. 5 minutes from Espelette. House located 100m near the D918. Upstairs apartment with large terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
