Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen bed and cabinet bed sleep 4. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.

Getaway Weekend

The listing was accurate. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sunrises were amazing! The unit had everything we needed to be able to make some easy meals there. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the property's amenities, especially the Bamboo Tiki bar! Would definitely stay there again!

Solo trip

It was a great experience staying at this property. It had everything I needed. The tiki bar is very good and has great service. The Italian restaurant has great food and entertainment. The condo has the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. I had some trouble getting the tv to work and the hosts were very helpful in getting it working for me..I would recommend this property!!

Awesome veiw

No check in, code for door, everything you need if you forgot something. It was alittle small but the veiw made up for it. Will be returning next year!

Just Perfect

This was our 2nd time staying at this spot. It may not be the most glamorous, but you can not beat the location. Just enough amenities to get you through. Live the life of a beach bum amd stay here! The hosts are absolutely amazing to eork with.

Beautiful view

The balcony was such a great place to enjoy every morning and afternoon of the beautiful beach. The studio condo was cool temperature and super quiet in spite of the loud tiki bar. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. Such a great mattress. The water pressure on the shower was terrific. You had all the amenities you needed right there. The owners were so accommodating and terrific to work with. I would recommend to all my friends and family. People all over the property were friendly. I hope everyone else really enjoys the views and stay as much as we did.

Great location

Condo was very cute. Could use some deep cleaning; fan has tons of dirt on blades, vent above shower head is filthy. TV was a disappointment- tried watching movies in evening and connection would just spin the circle.

Not bad for a studio

This was a nice place to stay before our cruise. Three days max was about all we could take with all the noise from the tiki bar right below the unit. We suspected it’s not like that all the time but we were there during spring break. Bathroom can use some updating. Even a new toilet seat would help. We settled on this place because of the price, location, which is right on the beach, and the availability of parking at a reasonable rate. The studio is well stocked and plenty of towels. It is weird having a one sink for the bathroom and the kitchen area. The host was very prompt with communication. It worked out well for what we needed.

But, the view was great

No sink in bathroom. Only Murphy bed and hidden bed in piece of furniture(which was too much bother to figure out. Too much in too small area. However, the view was spectacular.

Paradise With a Great Host

VRBO, Is only as good as the host. This is a great property with a Great Host. We had one issue and the Host got back to our message in minutes. The property speaks for itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Moring coffee on the balcony was so wonderful. I spent most mornings just setting on the balcony. The murphy bed was so comfortable. Plenty of room for two people to sleep. The Tiki Bar was an added attraction. Great Bar food and great service. We valet parked the car and never waited more than 3 minutes when we wanted to leave to go somewhere. Within walking distance there was a Publix, Dunkin, McD, and a lot of small little quaint places to eat. You just need Mother Nature to give you great weather. We had some number 10 days. Perfect for a couple

This unit is perfect for a couple looking to get away and stay on the beach. The view is top notch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The tiki bar on the beach was the cherry on top. We ate and drank there at least once every day. We rented a car and paid $60 to park across the street for 4 nights, but to be honest we didn’t even need the car at all. Once you’re there you either don’t need to leave the property to enjoy yourself, or you can walk to grocery/stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Not for everyone

I'll start with the positives.. We could get in early the water pressure in the shower was great and the towels were good quality. The negatives for us were that I think the photos weren't recent and the condo was pretty tired. It didn't feel clean for multiple reasons and everything was plastic including the silverware so not sure how everything could get "truly" clean since there is no dishwasher. The bathroom is very small and the sink for the bathroom and the "kitchen" is the same which unfortunately didn't drain.. and when you were brushing your teeth or washing your coffee cup the AC vent dripped on you and created a puddle on the floor. The Tiki bar is great but is right below the the unit so with the slider open to listen to the waves (reason I rented) you hear the bar noise (open 1/3am wkends) and the wifi had been changed and not to our knowledge and when we contacted owner they told us to get in touch with manager. Great view you make the decision.

Exactly what we needed!

Bruce and Maria were so accommodating right from the start, beginning with flexibility about rescheduling our stay. My husband and I stayed there.The place was beautiful with direct ocean front views as described in the listing. It is a studio, but they make excellent use of the space and it has everything you need! The tiki bar downstairs was great to grab a quick breakfast or lunch with oceanfront views. We had some questions during our stay and Bruce and Maria were incredibly responsive and took care of everything! We will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in Ft. Lauderdale!
