Beautiful 1 BD Condo With Ocean View - Hollywood Beach

One bedroom condo in the heart of Hollywood beach with a fantastic partial ocean view with a direct pathway and access to the ocean. The guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, game room with billiards, ping-pong, foosball table, and gym access to the condo. Furthermore, beach volleyball is located next to the outdoor pool.

The condo is located within 2 minutes walking distance to the Hyde Resort, where one can enjoy rooftop dining. Also, within 10-minute walking distance is Walmart.

A condo with a large living room area, one primary bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a balcony. Partial ocean view on the right-hand side of the balcony and a city view on the left-hand side. The condo has a modern interior design.

The building has access to its outdoor pool, gym, and game room with billiards, ping-pong, and foosball tables. Beach volleyball is also accessible next to the outdoor pool.

Guest access
Guests have access to paid valley parking that belongs to the building, and a bus stop is located within 2 minutes' walking distance.

Other things to note
The location of the building is impressive as it is located on the border of Hallandale and Holywood beaches. You can enjoy the beauty of both neighborhoods and can relax on the historic beach.

Amazing Stay

The condo was beautiful with amazing views of ocean. Loved having beach access as well as a pool. Valet parking attendants were very nice and quick. There were 5 of us that stayed and there was plenty of space - having the 2nd bathroom was a must! Communication with owner/manager was prompt! Would stay again!

George was a professional, kind, and accommodating host. The condo exceeded our expectations and included many extras for the beach, mattress toppers, and toys. The beach was family friendly and beautiful.

Great Condo on the beach!

Great location, seamless check-in process, nice building (used gym and pool), great proximity to the beach, well equipped and very clean condo. I will definitely look to reach out to host George the next time I am in town to check for availability.

Easter weekend

Our stay was perfect! Check in was easy! All staff at property were nice and helpful. Parking was easy. Great access for both pool and only a few minutes to reach beach! We always pack way too much and I've never stayed somewhere with as much stuff George provides his guests! My husband and I kept saying wow this is insane how much he goes above and beyond to have his property fully loaded for you to enjoy your vacation! We loved the style of the furniture and decor as well! Everything was 100000/10!!! Thank you so much!

Mini-Vacation to see Taylor Swift

There were four of us staying in the condo and we all loved it! We came to Miami to see Taylor Swift and had the best time! We all had our own comfy bed or sleeper couch, and having one full and one half bath was very convenient. We were very happy with the price, cleanliness, and location of the condo. Our only downside, which is not the host’s fault, was two of us actually got stuck in the elevator and it required the fire department to come and let us out. Then elevator was then out of service the remainder of the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

The property needs a good deep cleaning and better maintenance. A bathroom sink drain was inoperable as was the electric outlet in same bathroom. Upon arrival, the apartment entry door lock didn’t work. A maintenance person had to repair it. After being told the rental price included everything, we were asked to pay $155 for parking and $30 for a key fob. Although checkout is listed at 11:00, the cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:00. She sat outside the door until we vacated at 9:45.

Schönes gepflegtes Appartment

Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt. Kommunikation kontaktlos, aber sehr gut und zielführend. Bis ins Detail absolut ordentlich. Genügend (sehr gut duftende) Hand- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche. Ausstattung hervorragend. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Strandausstattung vorhanden. Personal des Gebäudes sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand ist sehr schön und zum Baden gut geeignet, im April aber schon gut besucht (viele Hotelgäste mit reservierten Liegen). Pool ist angenehm warm. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es leider nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln und Essen. Auto wäre schon besser. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet

Das Apartment liegt toll, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr großzügige Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Küchenutensilien und allem was man so braucht als Familie! Definitiv eine Unterkunft, die alle Ansprüche von Jung bis Alt erfüllt und eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient. Ein einziges Manko, welches aber auch vielleicht ein bisschen mangelnder USA Erfahrung zuzuschreiben ist. Der Preis erhöhte sich im Nachhinein noch durch zusätzliche, verpflichtende Gebühren wie 10$ pro Nacht fürs Parken und 30$ pro Person für Poolnutzung etc. Das waren dann bei 7 Personen schon plötzlich 300$ mehr. Sonst war wirklich alles super toll. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell und ist freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Week in Hollywood

The location was excellent on the beach. We could have used more restaurants close by. The condo was very nice and well stocked.

Large unit next to ocean

The unit was fantastic. It had a great view from the balcony with easy access to the beach and was well stocked with amenities. The full sized kitchen, dishwasher, two bathrooms, and the very short walk to laundry & trash, made it a perfect home base for our two week stay in south Florida. The unit came equipped with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, snacks, bedding, and other extras to make it feel like a second home. Everything was new and the unit was large. The owner was very accommodating and responsive, I would definitely stay here again.

Espectacular

The unit is hugh and everything is new. Really recommend it. Fully equipped kitchen: all appliances new. Umbrella beach, beach chairs and carry on included. Two baths great. Beautifull view also George answered with no delay ( minutes from any message). We early check in and late check out free ( we know this May not be possible in any case but appreciate that a lot) Hope we can vacation again here We ar from Argentina so i also recién un my native language: Todo estuvo perfecto, el departamento es muy grande y espacioso, habitación con vestidor y baño en suite . Otro baño mas. Living inmenso. Todo está nuevo , recientemente decorado. Cocina súper completa , todos los utensilios nuevos: cafetera , wafflera, tostadora, etc etc George contesta al instante . Pudimos hacer check in anticipado y check out tardío sin ningún costo extra. Acceso a la playa muy conveniente. Todo espectacular, altamente recomendable Espero podamos volver!!! Saludos desde Argentina
