This exceptional, oceanfront, newly-constructed, fourth level studio offers floor-to-ceiling sliding window walls that create indoor/outdoor living space, a luxe chefs' kitchen outfitted with professional-grade Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, wine storage and hand-crafted cabinetry. Additional features include a retreat-like, attached bath and sumptuous king size bed, Asko washer/dryer, air conditioning and lanai. This residence is steps from the Hapuna Golf Course Clubhouse.

Your stay with Mauna Kea Residences includes complimentary access to the esteemed Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities including two pristine white sand beaches, swimming pools, fitness center, and resort charging privileges (a $75 - $450 per day value). It is great overall

I love the property. Great location and stunning views! The only downside is that it’s small and lacks closet space. Aside from that, we are happy with our stay. It is clean and beautiful. Also, there was great communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Stunning location with poor customer service

We loved the location and the room itself. Unfortunately, our stay was marred at check in when the person in the office insisted our check in time would be later than we'd been advised. We showed up with groceries that needed refrigeration and a check in letter stating 3pm. The office person insisted check in was only after 4pm. I showed her the letter with the Mauna Kea Residences name, logo, letterhead and signature clearly stating 3 pm. The person in the office was dismissive of this and said it should be 4pm. There was *no apology*. Later, when I finally checked in, she seemed much more interested in telling us the penalties for lost cards and keys ($1000) than in dealing with the quality of our arrival and the fact they either sent us wrong information or changed the rules. Apologies and attitude matter!
