The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 7 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 240 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating and underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over a 400 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with tiled stove, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room / bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and 1 cot and lounge. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, WC and sauna. Cellar
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rennweg am Katschberg, 1200 mASL. The holiday home is located in a holiday resort, on a 6000 sqm open garden plot with meadow and shrubs. A rustic country house with a personal touch is a rarity not only from the perspective of old wooden architecture but also due to its lively and documented history. The listed buildings, constructed in traditional timber-frame style and completely renovated, are over 300 years old. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 600 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.
