4 Bedroom Oasis with water views and balconies overlooking the intercostal waterway from every room!! The “Sea Shanty” sleeps up to 10 and is your own private refuge in the heart of Clearwater Beach! Watch the dolphins play on your three balconies - Walk to every Clearwater amenity, Frenchy's, Starbucks, all the bars and restaurants -- only 2 blocks to the sand of world-famous Clearwater Beach! We have thought of everything you could need for a wonderful vacation - let us welcome you home!

Entire private townhouse condo, 3 levels with private balconies on each floor directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, with water views from EVERY SINGLE ROOM (even the bathrooms...) All the entertainment and dining of Clearwater Beach just a block or two away. Access to common outdoor eating area, fire pit, and docks. Garage is available for parking and storage, with beach accessories and bikes for guest’s use! Spend your vacation soaking in rays with only a short walk to Frenchy’s, Hogan’s Hangout, Clear Sky Cafe, Boxer’s… everything you could want for a relaxing, sun-filled Florida vacation. Let us welcome you home!

We have garage space for two cars and an additional spot in front of the building. We are so close to everything, you can park your car and never have to move it again for your entire stay! Publix is across the causeway for groceries and if you decide you want to cook we have a fully-equipped kitchen for you. Our favorite thing about vacationing here is absolute access to everything we could want only steps away. The Clearwater Beach pool is nearby for the kiddos. And of course, you just can't beat the #1 beach in the US only 2 blocks away!

Two free parking spots available for guest’s use, keyless entry pre-programmed for guest’s use. Fully equipped kitchen and linens provided, with plenty of cozy seating. Games and books provided as well as some beach equipment. We’ve done our best to make our Sea Shanty feel like a home away from home for every guest. Come “Sea” for yourself!

Great location!

We had a great time in Clearwater! Loved the proximity to the water for fishing and how close it was to just about everything. Plenty of room for the six of us and had all the amenities we needed. All the outdoor spaces were an added benefit!

June summer get away

Great location, the beach house had everything and I mean everything you need from towels for the beach, beach chairs, coolers, and house has pots pans utensils, just like being at home. The dock on the inter coastal waterway was very enjoyable. A on communication and easy process. Thanks for assisting us on a great and memorable trip.

Great location and great place!

Space was incredible, and the location was awesome! Right across the street from the beach and free parking made it very easy for our group to get around. The WiFi was pretty slow making it difficult to stream the New Years football games, but we made do. I would absolutely stay again!

Loved It

The place itself was clean and well maintained but the location is amazing. Right in the water and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Only time we got in car was to go to grocery store, which was only a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring training beach stay

We really enjoyed the location - so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. More than enough room for 6 adults and one of the best parts was morning coffee on the dock, watching for dolphins. Communication was stellar and we appreciated all of Kristen's help with check in/check out
