Modern/Scandinavian style house surrounded by the ocean and includes a huge private beach. The vibrant decor with a modern flare with high ceilings and windows allowing the ocean to be seen from every room. There is a separate house on the grounds to unwind or play pool. The mid century inspired kitchen was recently renovated and all decor updated to give you a clean and fresh feel to your vacation. Windows to the ceiling, a spiral staircase and a separate bar room make this house one of a kind. This property is surrounded by the ocean and nature sitting on 8 acres of maintained land flanked with 4 acres of conservation. An indoor private tennis court is being built on the property.
