Boat Launch/ marina services available. Deep water Channel out to Buzzards Bay, Cape Cod Canal and the Islands.

Enjoy an outdoor shower, Fishing, Golf, Biking, Swimming, Boating, Kayaking, Jet Skiing, paddle boarding, Beaches, shell fishing, shopping, Cape Cod Baseball, and restaurants all right outside your door.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Our cleaning crew will handle all Linens and towels. Please just turn beds back and leave towels in a pile and we are happy to take it from there.

Please run the dishwasher and the crew will put them away.

Please removal all food and belongings from the property. Try your best to consolidate and break down boxes in the trash barrels. Please double check grill is off and covered.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Additional unauthorized guests are billed out at $500 per guest per day. This relates to day guests, night guests and children.

parties/gatherings will additionally be charged an additional cleaning fee of $1000 per day.

The number of guests is determined on your reservation not the max occupancy of the home.
