The living area offers a comfortable lounge with television and a large ceiling fan, ideal during the summer months. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals together after a day on the Bay.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with 160x200 cm double beds, as well as a third bedroom perfectly suited for children with three 90x200 cm beds. Recent Epéda bedding ensures high-quality comfort. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the layout.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The house benefits from high-speed fiber WiFi, and a baby cot can be made available upon request.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers a true space for relaxation, with two large outdoor dining tables, a garden lounge area, and a barbecue.

Mauret Beach can be reached within a few minutes by bike. Local shops are less than a ten-minute walk away. The cycle path located 150 meters from the house allows you to reach Andernos town center in around ten minutes, ideal for enjoying the market, restaurants, and waterfront without parking concerns.
