This detached house is located in a hamlet of a few houses. It has a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, after 3 steps, a family room for 4 people, with 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90, and a bathroom with a shower tray and toilet. Large plot of 1500m2 not enclosed including 300m² of land on the front of the house enclosed for animals. A private parking space is available on site. Sheets and towels included. End of stay cleaning 40€. Heating excluded in winter. A real holiday in all simplicity is available to you! This typical Périgord house has a pretty plot of land open to the surrounding countryside where you can have your meals in the shade of the walnut tree after your many visits of the day. You can explore the medieval town of Belvès located 12 km away, the Bergerac region and its many vineyards (35 km away), or the famous fortified town of Monpazier located 8 km away.
In addition to cultural outings, you will also have a choice for your walks because many trails are nearby.
