Lovely home in Sydals with WiFi

On the island of Als you always have the water in your immediate vicinity, whether for sailing, swimming, fishing or just to observe what is hidden under the water surface. If you want to see more closely what is hidden under the surface of the sea, you can do that too. There is a mobile underwater center where you can go underwater with the help of a video, for example, to a sunken submarine. In the summer, visit the traditional horse-riding festivals, which are held everywhere, and admire the many beautiful horses and their skilled riders. Experience the cozy atmosphere in the many small harbors and relax on the beach in a quiet bay.

Haben jetzt in Winter Urlaub gemacht. Strand war leer, Wind ging stetig. Leider sind die Fenster im Haus nicht kippbar, sodass man Nachts kaum eine Wahl hat zu der Jahreszeit .Wenn die Fenster zu sind und die Heizung aus, werden die Fenster und der Boden nass.Der Laminat Boden ist im Essbereich schon etwas aufgequollen (wahrscheinlich von zu nassen putzen)Das Bad ist etwas klein (vor allem mit 6pers.) und das heiße Wasser zum duschen schnell aufgebraucht.Aber alles in allem ist es ein schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage.

Toplage, aber die Lage allein macht es nicht. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Besitzer sollte schon mal ein bisschen in das Haus investieren z.B. ein neuer Kühlschrank, Handtuchhaken im Bad, Reparatur der Fenster, erweitertes Fernsehprogramm.

Unserem Traumhaus merkt man an, dass dringend die Substanz verbessert werden müsste.

Unserem Traumhaus merkt man an, dass dringend die Substanz verbessert werden müsste. Im Bad vor allem lassen der Zustand von Dusche und Toilette zu wünschen übrig. Außen am Haus ist das Holz an manchen Fenstern reparaturbedürftig. Davon abgesehen ist dieses Ferienhaus super, sonst wären wir nicht so oft dort gewesen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung findet man nicht so schnell wieder. Der Preis ist in der Nebensaison (!!!) völlig in Ordnung. Leider ist der Badesteg dem Hochwasser im letzten Herbst zum Opfer gefallen und wurde nicht wieder aufgebaut. Dadurch ist der Zugang zum Wasser schwieriger über die Steine.Alles in allem aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Sehr viel Platz im Küchenbereich. Sehr sauber, Schöner Garten. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, man muss aber dazu sagen, dass direkt am Haus steiniger Strand ist. Wenn man ein paar Minuten Fussweg in kauf nimmt kommt man an einen wunderschönen Sandstrand.Wir haben eine Wunderschöne Woche Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.
