Located just one block off King Street in the vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood, East 46 - F is a beautiful two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment that offers a perfect blend of modern style and historic charm. You'll be steps away from Charleston's best local eateries, boutique shops, coffee spots, and everything else downtown Charleston has to offer.

The main floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, ideal for relaxation and entertaining. Two of the three king bedrooms are located on this floor, each with their own private ensuite bathroom. The upper level is dedicated to the spacious primary suite, which includes access to a private rooftop terrace—perfect for relaxing with views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Great communication with owner reps; unit was clean, modern and comfortable. If you need a clean modern place to unpack and sleep while you enjoy all of downtown Charleston, this is a perfect location.

The place is lovely but needs a good painting. Doors out to the balcony need repair. The terrace has takeaway containers and cigarette butts under the couches. The stairs down to the door need to be cleaned more regularly.We had a great stay and its a great location and super comfortable beds and amazing shower and it was so helpful to have a second parking space. We had a fab time.

Best weekend.

Everyone in our group said that they would rent this house again. Everything about it was great! The location was absolutely perfect. And it was just a nice house all together.

Great location close to all the action on King Street and located in a very safe area. Plenty of room for 6 adults who stayed. Very clean property, nice open kitchen to the living room area for a nice flow for a group. My only complaint about the property is someone was always parked in our parking spot and we had to find parking on the street. The management group did not respond when we reached out about the parking situation.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. We had five in the group and slept comfortably on the king size beds. So nice for each room to have its own bathroom. Host was very responsive and super helpful with parking spots. Would stay again…my only request would be to be a little better stocked with towels.

Outstanding Stay!

A group of girlfriends visited the Guesthouse and had the BEST time! Kerri was incredibly flexible and helpful in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She provided great restaurant recommendations, allowed us to store our luggage in the office since we arrived earlier than checkin, and was communicative and responsive our entire stay. The property itself was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and more. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We enjoyed staying here. It is very comfortable and great for three couples. Nicely decorated. Very new. Water pressure was lacking. Kitchen is beautiful with new appliances but we were surprised there wasn’t even salt and pepper…. But all in all very pleased with the property and the customer service. Thank you!

Great location, beautifully decorated historic home!

This was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples! Each room had a king bed and it's own bathroom. The location was fantastic, right off King Street. It didn't get noisy at night, and was very walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Not to mention, the decor is fabulous! Would highly recommend.
