East 204 is a lovely standalone two story home located one block to King Street. The home has a beautiful main floor boasting an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Just off the main living area, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry closet down the hallway. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a coffee bar station on the second floor with a charming balcony perfect for morning coffee. East 204 sleeps eight guests and has one designated parking space. The home is located in the desired Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough neighborhood where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.

The house is charming and in a great location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that are easy to get to.The beds in the rooms are very comfortable and clean.The kitchen is set up well with everything you need if you want to make meals on your own.On the down side, the living room sofa, loveseat and rug are quite dirty and worn. If noise is a concern from you, this is not a good location. It is quite noisy at night and now there is a major construction project just outside the window as of Nov, 2025.

Had the best time, traveled with my 3 friends and each one of us had our bedroom and was so comfortable and cute, and location was awesome!, rented bikes and from the house everyday would go biking everywhere, would definitely stay at this house again.

House was in a walkable location, but too close to college scene. At night, we could hear the bar music and when people walked on the sidewalk outside of the house, we could hear everything. Luckily, we were on a Bach trip, and didn’t mind it, until when we wanted to sleep, it was so loud at night. I could only text with property manager, which was odd. At start of trip , they were responsive and we appreciated the response to our cleaning issue, but day 2 and 3, was very slow to respond. I had to email and call and send to voicemail, which somehow initiated a quicker response.

Wonderful home in a great location

We had an incredible stay here. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and updated. A hard thing to find downtown CHS. And you are one block from King ST. Highly recommend!

Southern Charm

This property is an absolute gem! Ideal location with many great restaurants and wonderful shops all within walking distance. The house was immaculate, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Host was responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Easter weekend

We loved this house ! Beautifully done in clean, preppy and beachy style. Not one complaint as the broken coffee maker and cable issue were fixed within an hour of our call. Very nice and we will be back !!

Super cute!

The Guesthouse was such a cute place to stay! Check in was really easy and the parking spot was a great addition! We were lucky enough to run into the owners while we were there and he gave us some great recommendations! The house itself was super clean and well looked after. We were missing hand soap in one bathroom but that was easily remedied! The upstairs air conditioner also definitely does not work as well as the lower one but with a fan we did just fine! Overall, would recommend and 100% would book there again!

Awesome location

The house was pretty much as advertised. Location was a 10/10. Easy to get to restaurants and night life. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the fact that it need a little TLC. There are some routine maintenance items that could be tended to as well as some interior freshening on the unit. It also has a potential roof rat living above the upstairs bedroom at the end of the hall that was loud in the mornings. Other than that not a bad little spot.

I was disappointed in the couch and kitchen chairs having obvious stains on them. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed the home. The battery on the keypad was going dead but luckily we met the handyman. Parking was a little tight at times Felt very safe and comfortable in this home b

We had a lovely time

The Guesthouse was clean and quite comfortable. Just a block away from King Street, we could walk most places we wanted to go. It's a quick drive from the airport. I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans but that wasn't a major drawback. We would stay there again.

Darling Home Great Location

We arrived on a Friday evening. Check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect; walking distance from King Street. So many shops and food establishments. Just wonderful. The beds were comfy and the house was clean and well stocked. The only thing that I would change is the check out time was a bit early at 10:00 am, however, they were accommodating and allowed us to store our bags in the office. We left on a Monday. If we come back, I will try and rent the house again if it’s available. All in all great experience! Thank you!

Beautiful home! Great location.

Such a beautiful home in a great location. The host was so accompanying and helpful. Would 100% recommend. The beds were dreamy. Couple little things could use some attention in the home from wear and tear but it wouldn’t stop me from recommending it to others or staying here again.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Girls trip to Charleston and we loved this property. Everyone had their privacy and the den was perfect for our group of 4 girls. Location is great, one block off King Street at the north end. Easy to Uber to south end/historic area. On-site parking was a big plus. House is exactly as described. Cute coffee shop across the street.

Couples Weekend

We visited Charleston for a long weekend getaway with friends. This was the perfect home for three couples. We had plenty of space and all had our own bathrooms. The shared living room/kitchen area had everything we need to relax after a long day together. We loved the decor and the modern touches to the old historic home. Every space was exceptionally clean as well. Would recommend for couples, families, girls weekends!
