Apartment with panoramic view of the ocean and city center on foot!
Individual to individual only. Rental possible for a weekend (2 nights), for a week or longer on request.
Season 2024: around 650 euros per week (cleaning, sheets optional). I prefer that you bring your own laundry because it is not very ecological to have so many washing machines

Located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. 56m2 very comfortable and very functional. 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people: 1 bedroom on the garden side with 1 x 140 bed and large closet with balcony. 1 bedroom facing the sea with 2 x 90 beds and 1 large closet. 1 Living room opening onto 1 large balcony with sea view (equipped with table + garden chairs, awning). In the living room 1 sofa, 1 TNT flat screen TV, 1 dining table. 1 Bathroom with shower and sink. 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washer-dryer. 1 very well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, small appliances, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine... Corridor with cupboard. Electric shutters on all windows. Free parking around the residence. Closed room for bicycles. Small, non-noisy animals accepted on prior request. Non-smoking apartment inside!
