Charming home in the heart of Crested Butte town

This cozy and bright bungalow sleeps 10 and is located in the heart of Crested Butte's quaint town. Located two blocks from Elk Ave (main st), walking distance from the arts center, as well as one block from the free bus shuttle (stops around town and goes up to Crested Butte Mtn!), grocery story and hardware store - this dreamy haven is perfect for all of your adventures.

Crested Butte is a perfect year-round destination with ample cross country skiing, snowshoeing (The Nordic Center rents equipment!) and an Epic (pass - pun intended) ski/snowboarding mountain in the winter and dozens of hiking/mountain biking trails and easy-access fly fishing in the summer.

House Details:
- 4 bedrooms with a variety of bed options including: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds (2 trundles perfect for kids or adults!)
- The house features a charming pellet stove in the living room and has a gas grill perfect for outdoor BBQs in the summer!
- The house has a beautiful view of Crested Butte Mountain which you can enjoy from the backyard or cozied up in the master bed.
- Both the front and back yards are fenced in for your comfort.
- Both bathrooms have heated floors - great year-round! The upstairs bathroom has a whirlpool tub (there is no hot tub)
- There's a 65" Smart TV, Klipsch cinema sound system, free WiFi, a wide variety of books for all ages, and a work from home desk set up!
- There is in home laundry machines available for your use (located in the downstairs bathroom)
- We also provide free toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry soap.

House Rules:
- Unfortunately NO pets allowed! Bring one will an incur additional fees and charges (at the discretion of the owners).
- We ask that you please take out the trash after your stay, strip the sheets and ensure all windows are closed/ lights are off before checkout 🙏🏼
- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Late checkouts/early arrivals may result in losing your security deposit.

We absolutely LOVED our time at this house! First off, the location is perfect. You are about 2-3 blocks from Elk Street, yet the street you are on is peaceful. The bus to the ski area is only about 2 blocks away. Our kids could even ride their bikes right out the door and feel safe. We visited in the summer and the yard was spectacular! It was perfect for our kids to play flag football and croquet. They also have a nice sized table outside that seats 8 people and a grill! The inside of the house was simple, clean and very comfortable. Please be aware that it only has 2 bathrooms, which is described in the description. The bathrooms are really large so this was no problem for our group of 8, but just wanted to mention it if it impacts the group you are bringing. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was even nice space to place your pantry items. The hosts were also fantastic and very quick to respond. We loved this property and will absolutely come back and rent it again for our crested butte adventures!

This is our second time staying here. This location is fantastic - bus stops right out front and within walking distance to all down town and grocery too. Owners are responsive and house is well kept and supplied.

Great spot for a ski trip

The house was great, clean, comfy, with everything you could need. Can’t beat the close proximity to the Main Street of town and the bus up to the ski mountain drives by right in front of the house and will stop and pick you up.

Excellent vacation

We stayed for 4 days and had an excellent experience. The house had more than enough space for our group of 4 and the house was well maintained. We spent most of the day and nights on the mountain and out in town, but a perfect house to come home to at the end of the long days!
