Completely renovated for your comfort. Walk to the soccer fields, football fields, skate park, softball fields, pickleball courts and kids playground. Minutes from boat launch on the Colorado River, City Swimming Pool and Splash Pad for the kids. 2 Queen Beds with memory foam/gel and a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a Memory Foam mattress. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis in kitchen for purified drinking water. 15 minutes to Laughlin, NV casinos and restaurants. 90 minutes to Las Vegas, NV. 30 minutes to CA. Approximately 3 hours to the Grand Canyon.

Great location near park and river!

Candice's properties are always great stays. Communication is great, the property is clean and well stocked. This location is excellent for walking in Rotary park anytime, also has access to the river if you want to dip your feet in! The beds can't be beat for comfort, and the HVAC is newer, so never an issue there. I would definitely stay again (at any Candice property).

Home Away From Home

Candice was very prompt taking care of the few needs we had. We enjoyed visiting with her and felt she was not only an excellent property owner but also a caring generous person. She made us feel comfortable. The location was excellent. I'm somewhat handicapped - the park was super for using my power chair when my husband and I went for walks. We were not used to the type of TV service she had but brought our Fire Stick along, plugged it in and were able to connect to our Direct TV at home (perfect for watching the MN high school state basketball tournament and the March Madness NCAA games.) This was our 2nd year renting from Candice & hope to be back

Amazing River house

The property was perfect. It was located in a great spot. I had my 2 grandkids and there is a park across the street. The house has been remodeled and is very nice.

100% recommend to stay at! 3 minutes from the river! 15 from Laughlin, NV and it was great!

We loved this little cozy house! River is 3 minutes away and we're able to spend the day there and drive easily back. 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Clean and friendly felt like I was at home

Newly remodeled and very clean. We wanted to stay an extra day and Candice was easy to get ahold of and set it up. If I'm back in the area for softball again I will contact to stay again.

I love to travel to scuba dive so when I renovated this home, I did it specifically with the things I want when I travel. I loved it so much once I had finished the renovation, I considered moving into it and using my personal home as a rental instead! I hope you'll love it as much as I do and feel like you are at home.

Comfy mattresses and a selection of different pillows to fit your comfort needs. A coffee/tea bar with a variety and a Reverse Osmosis for filtered drinking water to use in your refillable water bottle. A water softener to sooth your skin. High end cookware and a small selection of spices and olive oil to make dinner a little easier and tasty. A make-up vanity with a lighted make-up mirror for the ladies and a blow-dryer. Hangers in the closets and each bedroom has a charging station in the base of the lamp for your electronics. The TV's are Smart TV's with Chromecast so you can log into your own HULU or NETFLIX or cast shows directly from your phone to the TV. The Master Suite also has a TV. Laundry facilities are in the garage. There are 2 security cameras outside the property for safety and check-in ID.
