Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Cooking nook with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Ückeritz (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. On the same property are holiday house USE UEK 001 (4 people) and holiday apartment USE UEK 004 (4 people). Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
