The home is on a bluff looking over the water 165 ‘ above shore with a private road shared by only 1 neighbor and 2 miles from the historic village of Wiscasset Maine , (known as the most beautiful village in Maine) , 8 miles from Boothbay Harbor , shared dock with a small beach and place for storage of Kayaks

Unique home with a breathtaking view in a great part of Maine

Our group consisted of two families, seven people in total, with children between the ages of 10 and 16. The house was spacious, a clean, with a mix of older furnishings and brand new upgrades, as well as the owner’s extensive art collection. We particularly enjoyed the open kitchen and grand living room, the backyard with the amazing view, the privacy of the location, and the superbly responsive and considerate owner, who worked at every turn to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to returning to this house next summer!
