Tranquility Cove - Lake front in gated community on Lake Keowee

This lakefront home is located near the north end of Lake Keowee, in a private cove but with close access to the main channel, Mile Creek State Park and Sunset Marina. The 3400 square foot craftsman style house features a spacious open floor plan with stainless steel appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, a large island in the kitchen for extra seating and granite counter tops throughout. A short walk on a concrete cart path will bring you to a private covered dock to relax and enjoy our beautiful cove. If you choose, you are welcome to bring your golf cart, or if you'd like to rent one please contact us for help in making arrangements.

The main level boasts an inviting entry with 18 foot vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features stainless appliances, with 2 ovens to ease the cooking for large parties, an oversized island in the kitchen for extra seating, a large pantry, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your perfect Lake Keowee vacation getaway. A laundry room with washer and dryer with cabinets for extra storage can be found on the main level.

Each living area contain a smart TV. As well the house is equipped with MESH Wifi that will easily support your party’s many wireless devices. An additional full size refrigerator/freezer is available for use in the garage as well as a mini refrigerator in the bar in the rec room.

The dining area includes a large farm house table for 10 guests. The living room features a 60-inch Smart HDTV surrounded by a beautiful custom stone fireplace. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all provide an amazing view of the lake.
The Master Bedroom on the main level includes a trayed ceiling, bay windows that provide a 180 degree view of the lake and a 50” mounted smart TV as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The Master Bath includes a freestanding tub and walk in shower with a large double sink vanity.

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and Queen Beds while the 5th bedroom on the terrace level is perfect for children with a twin over full bunk bed, in addition to a futon for additional sleeping needs.

Step outside the living room and enjoy the covered porch with a ceiling fan and ample seating for all. This spacious covered porch includes a table and chairs for outdoor dining, patio furniture, incredible lake views, and everything you could possibly need for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with friends and family in the evening. The main level patio also features a gas grill.
The terrace level includes two additional bedrooms, two full baths, and a recreation room with a bar. This room includes an incredibly comfortable sectional to enjoy the 75” Smart HDTV, perfect for watching Football games or enjoying family movie night.
Just off the rec room, you’ll find a large game room which includes a ping pong table, poker table, dart board and foosball table. Spend some quality time with family and friends as you compete in these fun games as well as several board games provided for your enjoyment.
Just outside the terrace level is a wonderful outdoor living area with Adirondack chairs, and additional seating for your dining needs. Grab a book from the wide variety of books provided and escape for a bit.
The cart path will lead you to a large dock with oversize walk in stairs for those that don’t want to jump in the lake. The dock also includes a swim platform for those that just want to dip their legs in the clear emerald green water. If you have jet skis or decide to rent some, the dock is also equipped with 2 jet ski ports. The oversized dock has Adirondack chairs to enjoy that morning coffee. Or, if you choose to get some exercise, help yourself to the kayaks available for use that you’ll find along the cart path. Just steps from the dock, you’ll find a fire pit area perfect for all to sit around to roast some marshmallows and unwind from the fun day in the lake.
You will love the breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Numerous hiking trails are a short drive away. Clemson University is a mere 20 minute drive. Grocery stores and restaurants a short 15 minutes to Pickens and 20 minutes to Seneca. Enjoy the quaint downtown of Six Mile a short 5-minute drive from the house. Downtown Greenville is 45 minutes away if you choose to spend the day exploring all that Greenville has to offer.
