The payment of the deposit (30% + Vrbo fees) is made at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is defined according to the conditions provided by Vrbo.<br><br>The "holiday" insurance certificate must be submitted no later than the day of arrival.<br><br>It should be noted that in low season, from October to April, heating costs are additional to be paid on site.
