Great stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Edwin was quick to answer any questions we had and the location was in a safe& friendly neighborhood. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Perfect for a big group of people where everyone gets their own room. Fine location, pretty close to Lincoln Park (10 min walk) and the PATH station (10 min drive) to get into NYC. Only thing I could say about it was that sometimes the internet was spotty.

Nice double apartment

This place is nice for a group. Plenty of space. Has most of whats needed to cook. There is room for some updates to a few things but ocerall we enjoyed our stay. Was a few things that cleaning should have caught there was undewear left

Comfortable, Convenient + Affordable

Our group was so comfortable renting this beautiful 2 unit home. We found the space clean and welcoming with great amenities. It was nice to have a parking spot in the driveway and not have to search for street parking! Easy to use locks and felt secure. It's wonderful that each of my 10 volunteers had their own bed throughout the unit. And the price was great to accommodate a large group. If you are staying with family (couples and children), you could easily sleep 15 to 20 people comfortably because every bed is either a double or a queen. Thanks for a wonderful stay to the responsive host, Edwin! 5 stars for sure!!

Responsive Host

Another great stay thanks to Edwin. (See my other review!!) One night the air conditioner didn't work, but he had a technician there first thing the next morning to fix it while we were out of the house. Thanks again Edwin!

Lots of Room for Large Groups

This property is perfect for my large groups of 10+ individuals who need a place to stay outside of NYC as they serve as volunteers for a week at a time. There are TWO identical flats, each with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. It's the perfect setup for large groups of individuals who are traveling together but need their own beds. For more than half the group, there are also private rooms. There is parking for one vehicle, and it's directly across from the Police Station so if you're concerned about safety, you can feel extra safe! There is a cute downtown area nearby with great restaurants and Liberty State Park is also close, which is an amazing Jersey-side sight-seeing stop. This is a hidden gem in Jersey City for groups on a budget. Thank you Edwin! You've been a wonderful host. This is our second time staying and we have one more stay booked this coming week with another group!
