Réponse à ce commentaire très subjectif basé uniquement sur une chute malencontreuse :
1) Si vous regardez la def du mot "arnaque" : "vol, escroquerie", il me semble que le logement dans lequel, vous avez passé 9 nuits, était bien en place et correspondait en tout points à l'annonce sur laquelle on voit effectivement les marches. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment ancien présent dans la région depuis l'extraction du calcaire. Beaucoup de personnes ont emprunté ces marches qui en font toute la spécificité.
2) Si vous regardez également la définition du mot "rez-de-chaussée", il est dit :" partie d'un édifice dont le plancher est sensiblement au niveau du sol", ce qui est le cas et, non en fonction de l'altitude.
Je suis donc désolée pour votre chute mais, celle-ci n'aurait pas du être le seul critère de votre note.
Je rappelle également que le logement n'est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
Si vous consultez les autres sites de location saisonnière, vous constaterez que les notes sont au dessus de 8,5/10.
PS : Merci d'avoir compté les marches, je n'en connaissais pas le nombre.
