L'Azur - Maison avec terrasse proche plage

Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house in Le Barcarès, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Close to the Parc des dosses nature park and water-ski lift. Water activities for all. Ideal location to take part in the Mondi du Vent. A water sports paradise with many different spots. Ideal location for the magnificent Barcarès Christmas market. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 15 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area
- A kitchenette, open to the living room, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Mezzanine :
- An attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a separate area with two single beds.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot with mattress, washing machine, dishwasher, plancha, Senseo coffee machine with pods.

Exterior:
- A large 16m² terrace with awning and gas plancha.

The house is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the sea. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Marine lake, seafront, beach, Christmas market, aqualand, water ski lift, disco, cinema, casino...

Transport :
- You can park directly in the private parking lot outside the house, with a numbered space.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan about 27 minutes by car... or Leucate La Franqui
- Nearest airport: Perpignan about 22 minutes by car

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. Only one pet per stay

L'endroit est très calme et l'emplacement de parking à 50m de la maison très pratique. 🙁 Malheureusement à notre arrivé la maison était très sale. Nous avons passé 1h30 à nettoyer avant de pouvoir s'installer. Point à surveiller. La maison a besoin d'un coup de peinture, les murs ne sont pas très propres."
