Gorgeous home in Ringkøbing with sauna

Live in the dunes of Klegods in a large vacation home with swimming pool. South of the seaside resort of Søndervig, where there are many offers and a beautiful beach, this magnificent house for 12 people awaits you on a natural dune ground. It is very well furnished and offers space for a large family. On the two terraces you can enjoy the wonderful nature. One terrace is fenced and thus offers peace and quiet, so that the patio door can be open without pets making off.

You will be pampered in the large pool room: there is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi for 4 and a sauna. In total there are 6 good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. The living room is open to the kitchen, a fireplace warms this room and also provides a lot of comfort.

You live between Søndervig and the nice fishing village of Hvide Sande. In the harbor you can buy fresh fish, there are also good fishing spots.

Leider konnte der Whirlpool nicht bei der Anreise befüllt werden. Erst am dritten Tag konnten wir diesen genießen. Hätte vor der Hausübergabe wenigstens mal kontrolliert werden können. Badezimmer mit Spinnweben und abgefallener Wandlampe müsste nicht sein. Deshalb nur vier Sterne von mir. Ohne die Mängel hätte ich fünf gegeben 😉.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch wohnlich. Der Kamin ist schwer zu befeuern weil der Rauch nicht richtig abzieht. Ich vermute der Schornstein müsste mal gereinigt werden.Insgesamt würde ich aber wieder das Haus buchen.

Überall gibt es Fugen, Leisten, Profile, Bretter usw. vom Poolraum bis zum Dach, die defekt sind. Fenster und Türen lassen sich schwer oder teilweise gar nicht mehr bedienen. In allem muss das Haus dringend mal saniert werden, damit der Preis auch wieder gerechtfertigt ist, denn das ist er jetzt schlichtweg nicht!

Mooi gelegen, 5 minuten lopen naar een leeg, breed en uitgestrekt strand.

Mooi gelegen, 5 minuten lopen naar een leeg, breed en uitgestrekt strand. We liepen door de sneeuw, zagen prachtige zonsondergangen, een zeehond rustte op het strand. Prachtig huis, heerlijk zwembad, fijne jacuzzi in een verwarmde ruimte, goede sauna en na de wellness heerlijk voor de open haard. We zouden zelf een deur tussen de gang en het woongedeelte hebben geplaatst, want hierdoor is er onnodig energieverlies. Ook bij ons was een deurklink kapot, we hebben hem zelf gemaakt. Er kwam in onze week 3x iemand overdag voor het zwembadonderhoud, iets ongemakkelijk i.v.m. privacy. Maar het huis is absoluut aan te raden en ook winterbestendig.
