Luxury at its finest in this elegant 20th floor oceanfront unit. Completely remodeled with tiled wood planks and plantation shutters throughout, this two bedroom, two bath beauty features an awesome oceanfront balcony and a fabulous flowing floor plan that your family will love with all the comforts of home. Anchoring the space is a beautifully updated kitchen with full size stainless appliances, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig style coffee maker, crockpot, instant pot, cookware, utensils, etc. and a 32" TV. The kitchen overlooks the unit's dining and living areas, framed by rolling waves of the ocean just outside the large sliding glass doors.
After a busy beach day, retreat to the oceanfront primary suite featuring a King size bed, 32" cable TV, ceiling fan, with walk in closet, office desk with swivel chair & secure WiFi (to work remotely if needed), oceanfront balcony access (with 2 Polywood high top tables, 6 high top chairs and a adirondack chair set w/ table) and beautiful en-suite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub. The split bedroom plan also features a fantastic guest bedroom with Queen size bed, 32" cable TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet with a beautiful, attached guest bath and walk-in shower.
