Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

This is a community property and you are in close proximity to others. Your acceptance of our house rules extends to the rules posted by Apple Valley.
Discard all coffee grounds and food scraps in the trashcan. When showering, the fan must always be on in the bathroom to prevent mold from growing.
The fee for ruining linens is $30 per set, ruining towels is $10 per towel ruined. No towels are to be taken from the unit to use at the lake or pool

Why Casey Poynter chose Lake Lure
The Lake Lure area has become a very special area to us because of my husband and his family. They grew up coming here and their parents always wanted to own their a property up here. My husband and I took the plunge with them in 2020 and also purchased a villa. We have enjoyed it so much that we acquired this one in 2021.
What makes this Villa unique
This is a budget friendly property with the perfect amount of space for a couple or a family. The views from the balcony are beautiful and it's the gateway to explore all that the Lake Lure and Chimney Rock areas have to offer. The added benefit guests have is access to the members only areas of the Rumbling Bald Resort for $5 per guest.
