Welcome to our beautiful new in 2021 luxury townhouse with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on OCMD's exclusive Sunset Island, a safe and guarded resort style community. This 12-person max occupancy family friendly home features a relaxing 1st floor porch and 2 large sunrise facing balconies with plenty of seating for lounging and entertaining. In addition, the house boasts a large kitchen with high end amenities opening to a dining room, sitting area and huge living room. The third floor hosts an ensuite master suite with a comfortable king size bed and two separate ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds. The 4th floor boasts an enormous game and media room complete with foosball, 100” 4k gaming projector, arcade machine along with a twin bed/trundle and a pullout queen sofa bed. Finally, each room and floor are decorated and furnished with contemporary and traditional décor along with beach themed 3D murals for serene ambience.

The 1st floor features a sitting porch with gravity chairs, a small bedroom with a queen bed with a 50” high-def 4k Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, and 2-car garage. The 2nd level was designed with entertaining in mind. The main living space has a fully stocked kitchen with an island seating for 6, a large pantry, half-bath, dining area with seating for 8, a family room with 1 full size couch, 2 loveseats and a large 65” high-def 4k Roku TV, and a coffee area with 2 cozy chairs and a 65” high-def Roku TV. Off the family room is a sliding door to a sunrise facing balcony with a table for 6 and outdoor bench seating. The 3rd floor features 3 large bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, larger 55” high-def 4k Roku TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with double sinks, water closet and shower, and sliding doors to a 2nd sunrise facing fully furnished balcony designed for relaxation. There are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and large 55” high-def 4k Roku TVs. One of these bedrooms has a standard bathtub while the other is a shower only. Finally, the top floor features an enormous family game room/entertainment area designed with fun and laughter in mind. Enjoy family fun with a high-definition 4k 100” large screen projector and Sony surround system. The Sony receiver includes a 4k Roku, Nintendo switch gaming system and additional HDMI connections to easily setup your own gaming devices. A foosball table and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game round out the fun to provide endless entertainment after a long day at the beach, only a short walk away. The top floor also has a private bathroom and offers sleeping for up to 4 people with a twin-sized day bed, twin trundle, and queen-sized sofa sleeper. You can also see the ocean from the windows on the 4th floor!

There are 3 parking spaces utilizing the garage and small concrete apron in the rear of the building. Our home has central air conditioning with 2 zones and ceiling fans throughout. Additional amenities include a full washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, garbage disposal, Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Linens and bath towels are included thru a rental service which will deliver clean fresh items to your door on your day of check in. Upon check-out, the service will pick up your items allowing a quick and easy check-in/check-out experience.

Sunset Island resort amenities include large indoor and outdoor pools, a full fitness
center, 3 private bayside beaches, fishing/crabbing pier, interactive fountain for kids to splash and play, island café and general store, walking trail and 24-hour security. Amenity fees covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are available for purchase in the clubhouse $70 per pass, per person per week.

The beautiful and clean public beach is a short walk with a crossing right at 67th street! There is a bus stop on the corner of 67th and Coastal Highway for easy access to all OCMD and its incredible attractions. There are many great restaurants, bars, stores, and miniature golf all within walking distance.

Loud parties are severely discouraged due to noise ordinance in OC and Sunset Island. No smoking and no pets allowed! This is a family friendly unit and we only rent to adults 25 and older or accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 25 or older.

NEW IN 2025 -- Keyless entry through the garage using smart video keypad which has a camera that records the garage entry. It will be on at all times. There are no cameras inside the house.
