We had an excellent stay at this property. You can't beat the location - the views from the various decks are fantastic. The interior of the house is very nice, clean, and comfortable as well. We had an issue with the hot water heater but the owner was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Outstanding all around and would stay here again!

Amazing!

Highly recommend this property. Further away from the boardwalk which made nights more pleasant. Dave was super helpful and supportive. My family and I highly recommend this place as a nice quiet getaway!

Relaxing beach getaway

This was the perfect place for a family beach vacation! The views are absolutely beautiful — We loved the decks and the oceanfront location. We spent hours just enjoying the beach and family time together, and it was a fabulous time!

End of Summer Vaca

This house is Awesome! This pictures do not do it justice. Our group was 3 adults and 6 children ages 2-11. The views were amazing! And the access to the beach was extremely convenient. The children thoroughly enjoyed the play area next to the home. This was a perfect stay to end our summer. The owners are great, responsive and extremely accommodating. We will certainly book again.

Great house right on the beach!

This is a great house with beautiful views and direct beach access. Check-in and check-out are easy, and there is one reserved parking spot next to the house appropriate for a smaller vehicle. Street parking on 78th Street is sometimes but not always available in July. There is a shed with beach chairs and a couple small umbrellas. The chairs worked well for our family, but we ended up renting a sturdy umbrella from OC Beach & Linen Rentals right across Coastal Highway. We brought our own linens but wished we would have known that most of the pillows in the four bedrooms are king-size pillows that need king-size pillowcases for full coverage. The mattresses were high-quality and comfortable. The electronic blinds and projection TV were very nice. We had a great stay overall!

The place is as nice as the pictures show. The only negatives were as follows: The garbage can outside was over flowing and there are multiple light fixtures in the property that simply do not work. If I were not there to assist my wife and kids, I know they would have never figured out how the electric blinds worked or how the projection TV worked. These are MINIOR issues. This property is a 5-star place. You are getting what you are paying for!

Perfect for Fall Getaway!

We had three great nights here. Perfect jumping off point to go see the Assateague and Chincoteague parks. The master suite view really can’t be beat. We hope to return!

Beachfront Delight!

You can't get any closer to the beach than this! We enjoyed great weather with beautiful views on all 3 levels of this property. The rooftop deck is a standout. The beach area is kept clean and is close to all of the activities around Ocean City without being in the middle of the crowds. The only negative is that you either have to bring your own sheets and towels or rent from the nearby rental place. It is expensive and the quality is subpar.

Beautiful house, great location

You can not beat the view from this property (especially the roof top deck). Comfortable accommodations, clean property, and very responsive owner made it a great stay.

This property is amazing. You cannot beat the location. No complaints at all about this property and we look forward to staying again. Steps from the beach and the views are incredible. Dave was also a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone.

Beachhouse with the best view !!!

The property has awesome views from the decks at all 3 levels. Enjoyed breathtaking sunrise from the master bedroom everyday.. Beach is just few steps away and we could see our daughters from the property while they were at the beach. Nice music system that we enjoyed vety much while we spend hours on the deck wiith drinks and food.. All in all our trip was awesome and very relaxing!!

Amazing House, Great Location

This house maybe the most unique in OC. located right on the back of the dunes. Easy walking distance to great restaurants. Great unobstructed views of the beach, this is truly Oceanfront. Really cool house with great amenities. Owner is very helpful. If the house is available BOOK IT !

This house is amazing. The views and beach access are one of a kind. The beach is never over crowded and there is typically free street parking except for holiday weekends. You can see the sunset and look all the way down the beach on the roof top deck.There is nothing like this house in Ocean city!!
