AWESOME!! 5-Star Westgate Resort & Spa with HUGE Indoor Waterpark

Resort also has a complimentary 9-Hole Mini Golf, Short Trolley rides into Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for dining and shopping. Spa, Starbucks, Convenience Store, Full Fitness Center and LOTS of kid activities available on the premises. GREAT LOCATION to all attractions, dining, hiking and shopping.

This 1BD/2BA space:
Unit C - 1BD/2BA Deluxe Unit has 1 King Bed, Living/Dining Room, Fireplace, Private back patio, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Full Kitchen. (sleeps 4 ppl).

Guest access:
There is a shuttle on the resort that will be available to take you to the top and bottom of the resort as needed. There is also a trolley available for a few dollars that can transport you to parts of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

Other things to note:
Please know that you will need to provide your full name phone number and address as it appears on your drivers license in order to confirm and secure the reservation, along with an email. Upon check in at the resort, you will need show your drivers license for verification of the reservation.

The resort requires a temporary credit card hold to keep on file for any damages that incur.

The resort is 5-star and the service is outstanding .

Great location with lots to do onsite

The location was perfect with easy access to Gatlingburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. We really enjoyed the resort amenities with the pool and water park. The owner helped with ideas of what supplies we would need to bring that would not be available. Check-in was quick and easy, but we were a little turned off by the concierge overall. We didn't appreciate the pressure of having to set an appt for what we knew would likely be a sales pitch. In the end, we were able to cancel the appt with no penalty. There was construction going on at the resort as they are still rebuilding from the wildfires a few year ago, but overall the biggest annoyance was a single lane road. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful room and property!

Beautiful property and gorgeous rooim with nice jetted tub in room. Our room had an amazing Mountain View with kitchen, king bed, and sofa sleeper. Our family had a wonderful time in the mountains and we’re excited to get back “home” to this property. The location is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which made it easy to go to either area. Heated pools and hot tubs on property open til 11pm. Indoor Waterpark was also fun.

A different kind of Paradise

Having to change plans quickly after Hurricane Matthew made visiting Myrtle Beach impossible, I was happy to have found this rental at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. It was huge and beyond our expectations. The rooms were large, the beds were super comfy and everything was clean and ready upon arrival. Dawn was great to work with, even called ahead requesting that we get a ground level unit, since I am in desperate need of knee replacement and the steps in a higher unit would have been challenging. The staff at Westgate were the friendliest and the food at both the main restaurant and the bar restaurant were equally good. An awesome breakfast buffet is available at a reasonable cost every day. Although we did not use the waterpark, it was enjoyed by many kids and families on the property. The weather was as close to perfect as we could have hoped and the leaves were just beginning to show some color. The kitchens were well appointed and they even offered housekeeping mid-week. Anybody who rents this property will not be disappointed! Robin & Bob Tanner, Fairfax Station, Va.
