Welcome to our beautiful modern industrial house located in Saint-Étienne-sur-Chalaronne, nestled between the vineyards of Ain and Beaujolais.
This spacious upscale 4 bedroom house can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for team stays or holidays with family or friends. Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, elegant furniture and adjustable air conditioning.
The house has a large bright living room with Club armchairs and 2 large bay windows overlooking 2 large terraces (40 and 25 m 2).
A large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open, with a large dining table for family meals or team meetings. The high stools are comfortable.
The 2 terraces overlook a very beautiful private pool, where you can relax and refresh yourself.
Also enjoy the terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue and pétanque area for convivial outdoor meals.
Our house is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area, with many activities and attractions nearby, such as wine tastings, hill walks, castle visits and much more.
