Our family and friends (11) stayed for a week. The home is layed out nicely and all was as advertised. We also used the boatslip and it worked out great. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We would stay again!

Great for bigger group of adults . We are never able to find 8 adult beds , not bunk beds . This house has 4 bedrooms and a 5th with 4 single beds that fit adults , so 8 grown men can all have there own bed , great for golf trips

We had 5 families 17 people. The house had an excellent layout with enough space for each family to have their own space without being on top of each others. There was enough space between the dining room and the outdoors seating for big family dinners.the house is really incredible. Super convenient location with plenty to do within walking distance or just a 5 min drive. Judy and her husband are super great host. They answer all of our concerns in a super friendly manner. The only thing that we all found were the bed mattresses were not very comfortable. Other wise this was one of the best family vaca in the books!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Your home was beautiful, spacious, clean and very accommodating. We felt we had the best of both worlds, being at the ocean during the day and enjoying the peacefulness of the bay in the evening. We hope to be back next year!!

This is a great property in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The view from the deck was perfect. The owners were very responsive and worked to resolve a minor issue we had. We would love to stay at this location again.

Great house at a great location

We loved our stay. Even though clouds built up each night, so we never got a true sunset on the bay, the views of the bay and the neighborhood were fantastic. The house basically has 3 master suites, and we had 3 couples with our kids (4), so the house fit our family perfectly.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property and great location for a large family stay! Plenty of space to enjoy your get together with more than enough activities for all ages within walking distance or a short drive, if preferred. Owners were great to work with and very responsive.

The good: The property location is great. Convenient access to the boat slip. Close to shopping and park. The house is spacious and well appointed. There were plenty of DVDs in the downstairs living room. The ping pong table was nice, and the was even a Playstation 2 with games upstairs. Plenty of seating both up front and on both rear decks. There is an instant water heater, so we never ran out of hot water. The pool and tennis courts were very nice, as well as the nature trails. The neighbors, for the most part, were friendly. The owner's communication was good. Helped get left behind stuff back.The not so good: The upstairs air conditioning had a difficult time keeping up with the mid day heat. While set to 70, it got up to 75 - 77 by mid afternoon. Owners said they had the AC checked, and advised to "close the blinds" to help. It didn't. Simple maintainence things like burned out lightbulbs and a dishwasher that can't clean dishes. Only the living room TV had cable. The upstairs living room has an old TV, but neither upstairs bedroom has a TV. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen, and although it might have been the previous tennants since the ants seemed to get less as the week went on. The bed in the handicapped bedroom was so high I had to buy a step stool for my mother to get into bed. I was very unhappy that the overhead light in the handicapped bedroom was burned out, and there was no way to turn on a light without walking through a dark room to get to a lamp.
