Welcome to "Grand Slam House III @ The Peninsula", our sensational, brand-new coastal style 6BR, 6.5 baths home located in the Peninsula's most exclusive neighborhood, the Sanctuary. The clubhouse (golf, fine dining, indoor/outdoor and wave pools, kids club and racket sports) is just a short walk (100 yards) away making it a perfect gateway for multi-family vacations at the 5-star rated community of "The Peninsula". Our family is often enjoying the house and area throughout the whole year but are happy to share it with other families or groups of friends occasionally.

Our ~5000 sqft house with open floor plan and custom interior paint has been recently finished and features 6 large bright and airy bedrooms (each with their own bath and cable TV), a large professional kitchen with two dining areas, a Great Room with fireplace (operational in winter only) and 85”TV; as well as a large, second floor loft with 75” TV for entertainment. You will experience fantastic outdoor living with a ~600 sqft deck and a partially screened porch, and three second floor porches directed towards the sixth Green of the Peninsula Golf Course as well as the Indian River Bay. Our Foosball table and pinball machine will entertain the younger folks.

HDTV’s in each BR (FIOS) with FIOS high speed internet throughout the house. The first floor Master BR includes a King Size Bed (BR 1 in house sketch), walk-in closet, and designer bath. The 2nd first floor BR (BR 2) also has two Twin Size Beds, walk-in full bath. On the second floor four additional BRs are located (all with their own walk-in bath for privacy): a second Master with King Bed (BR3), a King BR (BR4), a Queen BR (BR5), and a large BR (BR6) with bunk bed & two twins. There is ample sleeping space for 14 people. We provide linen as part of the booking. Towels can be supplied upon request ($120).

The Peninsula is a private, gated waterfront community offering world-class amenities including a championship golf experience, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) & pickle ball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, large kids game room, the Terrace Grille, 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more! Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddleboard and kayak rentals. Please note to access the Peninsula amenities, renters will need to purchase guest passes directly through the Peninsula at the desk at the Athletic Club at an additional fee.

The Peninsula is located a short drive from Rehoboth Beach , which is known to many as "The Nation's Summer Capital”. Rehoboth offers a wide range of shopping adventures and an array of fine dining options. The magnificent mile-long boardwalk was awarded the title of "Best of America" by Reader's and is lined with shops, restaurants and lots of entertainment for the whole family.

For our property, Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 4 (FOUR) cars to be checked in at the gatehouse! We do have a Level 2 Charger (JuiceBox) installed in the garage if you bring your EV and want to charge it overnight. We will provide linen/sheets but please bring your own towels. VRBO quotes for groups over 8 includes the additional guest fee. Age limit is 30 years for all unrelated adults in the house. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! IT IS GEARED FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILIES & GROUPS OF CLOSE FRIENDS. We have three outdoor cameras and two noise sensors (outdoor/indoor, no voice recording) installed on the property. This property does not accept pets due to allergy and HOA restrictions.

Athletic Club & Pools Amenity Costs (Summer 2023, please inquire for up-to-date pricing. Guests are not permitted to use facility before 10:00 a.m and on Saturdays):
Weekly Pass - $110/ Adult & $55/ age 6-15.
Weekday Pass- $15/ Adults & $8/ age 6-15.
Friday & Sunday Pass- $25/ Adults & $10 age 6-15.
Fitness Classes: $7 per person.
IMPORTANT: Bookings between Memorial and Labor Day require a Saturday changeover with 7, 14, or 21 nights stay (HOA and Club requirement).
