You access the ground floor via the small terrace at the front. The main room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, vitro hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). A separate toilet serves the ground floor. The lounge area is equipped with an armchair, a TV and a sofa.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

This will allow us to note that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
