There is a rocky coast, 60 feet or so, directly below the condo with easily approachable sandy beaches within a mile. This prime Princeville location is peaceful & serene with cool ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, and panoramic 180 degree ocean views from every room. In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items, etc., are included). This piece of paradise is meticulously maintained and each year the unit is upgraded in some way.

Whale Watching : The humpback whale watching season is from November through April when the whales migrate to the warm Hawaiian waters to birth their young. German Marine biologists specifically reserved HollysKauaiCondo, so that they could monitor the whale migration 24/7 from the lanai, for their scientific study!

The Best Ali'i Kai Location & Condo: Hollys Kauai Condo has one of the best Ali'i Kai locations. Our condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor with No Stairs. Easily roll your suitcase from the parking lot into this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The condo is equipped with just about anything you will need to explore and enjoy the island: beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment with at least 6 sets of fins of varying sizes, beach umbrella, beach blanket, binoculars, cooler, games, videos, books and more.

Also, there is an "Alexa" in order to answer your questions and play the music of your choice.

What an amazing place! We stayed in March and were able to see whales EVERY DAY from our balcony (and even our bedroom windows). Alan was the ultimate host and very responsive to all of my many questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and hope to stay again!!

The communication was great. The check in and check out super easy and super smooth. But, the best part was the view! The house was great and met or exceeded our needs for sure, but the view was unbeatable! And, we were super grateful for the beach chairs as well. A must stay if you’re visiting Kauai. Alan & Vicki’s condo is exceptional! Clean, safe, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything you need for the perfect getaway. I can’t say enough about the views. OMG! Incredible! And falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is so very special. When we met people on other parts of the island, they would ask us where we were staying, we’d say Princeville and all of them said that it was the most beautiful area of the island. We agree. Going back to Vicki and Alan beautiful condo ASAP.

We loved our stay at Holly’s Condo. The rooms were very large, very comfortable furniture as well as the beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves in the ocean. The kitchen and laundry facilities were well stocked. The home is centrally located in the north shore area of the island. Close to many sites and excellent restaurants. Recommend this condo as it was very clean, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and very comfortable and welcoming.
