The entrance leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (15 l, freezer) and coffee machine. Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 650 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a path (unpaved, length 50 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
