simply great!

Our Host was a very dedicated and caring person. He gave us a lot of good tips for sights, Restaurants and places to see and be. The apartment is very clean and cosy. every gadget you need is existing. the harbor and beach is not far away. we are planning to visit this place and the same host again. Thanks for everything!

Nice Apartment, nice stay

We had a nice holiday at Ronalds Apartment, who was always helpful and kind. We personally met his father who did the check-in with us. He was also very open. The Apartment equals the fotos and is close to the promenade and many restaurants. Only one improvement should be made: The Equipment in the kitchen could be better ( no electronic grill, small amount of plates and glasses,thus the dish washer is never full). Summing up we had a pleasant stay and would come back any time.

Ronald is a very kind and thoughtful host. He met us at the apartment and gave very clear instructions on how everything worked. The apartment was just as described, attractive and very comfortable. It was within a short walking distance from a small grocery store, and many restaurants. Ronald gave many suggestions on things to do in the area and some of his favorite restaurants to try. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Ronalds lovely apartment and we would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend apartment Medulin.

Alles im allen war der Aufenthalt gut, die Wohnung war sauber und man konnte zu Fuss alles erreichen und zum Sandstrand war es wie beschrieben auch nicht weit (600m). Die Wohnung hat auch für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder vollkommen ausgereicht! Es war sehr schön! Kommunikation war mit dem Gastgeber auch sehr leicht und schnell. Vielen Dank

Beschreibung trifft voll und ganz zu. Der Sandstrand ist eigentlich nur für kleine Kinder geeignet. Bis zur Schwimmttiefe muss man mindestens 200 Meter raus laufen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder bestens geeignet. Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Wij hebben een zeer fijne tijd gehad in Medulin. Communicatie met Roland was top. Wij konden zelf inchecken wat handig was aangezien we niet wisten wat uur we zouden aankomen. App was in orde & proper!

Die Küchenausstattung ist ausbaufähig- am besten mit noch einer weiteren Pfanne, ein paar zusätzlichen Messer.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut und absolut unproblematisch, auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert, ein kleiner Mangel sofort behoben.Im Ganzen eine gute Unterkunf!!!!

Gesamt betrachtet, ist die Wohnung sehr schön und optimal von der Lage, es war alles Wichtige super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer waren gut, mit guten Matratzen und genügend Platz in den Schränken. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist natürlich auch sehr schön gewesen. Was leider nicht ganz so gut war, ist die Leistung des Internets, die ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, da es sehr oft zu Verzögerungen kam. Wenn man mal lesen wollte, was man alles machen bzw. besichtigen kann, dann hat es doch stark "gestottert". Als Anregung für den Vermieter, dies könnte mal aufgebessert werden.Den TV sollte man auch mal besser einstellen, da das Bild immer abgeschnitten war und man nur teile sehen konnte, wenn man den Fernseher mal angemacht hat.Alles in Allem eine schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Sommerurlaub Medulin

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement zu viert war sehr schön. Perfekt war die Klimatisierung der Wohnung, was bei Temperaturen von teilweise 36 Grad echt erforderlich war, vor allem für den Hund.Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, dem Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber trotzdem ruhig. Der Balkon zu viert ist allerdings sportlich, aber es ging.In Richting Campingplatz findet man immer ein lauschiges Plätzchen zum Baden und Entspannen, fernab des Massentourismus.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir hatten einen sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter-Kontakt gehabt. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr viele Ausflugstipps und Beschreibungen für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Medulin per whatsapp erhalten. Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht und es war wunderbar eingerichtet. Außerdem wurden wir sehr herzlich von seinem Vater in Empfang genommen, welcher auch sehr viel über Ausflüge ringsum Medulin berichtete (konnte sehr gut Deutsch).Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. wir sehr freundlich von seinemgeschickt.
