Enjoy a cosy and calm place, with this 25m2 apartment with one bedroom, on the ground floor, with a 10m2 terrace.



You will be in the calm area (it gives on an interior court), while being ideally located in the center town.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and composed of :

- a living space with an armchair, a table that can be used to work and unfolds to eat, with 2 chairs. You will also find storage space for your personal belongings.

- a kitchen open to the living room: cooking plates, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker.

- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm).

- a bathroom adjoining the bedroom with shower, sink and toilet.



The bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi internet connection.

Oui. Appartement agréable, calme et fonctionnel, bien situé mais la ventilation faisait un bruit assourdissant et se mettait constamment en marche. Cela a rendu le séjour du studio très inconfortable. Échange avec l'hôte qui m'a répondu mais n'a rien pu faire pendant la durée de mon séjour.

Une odeur d'humidité nous faisant penser vivre dans une cave ,à nécessité une aération de jour et de nuit pendant 4 jours.Une chambre où il est impossible de faire le tour du lit ou seulement sur une jambe.(mur au pied du lit quasiment contre )Un matelas installé à l'envers à notre arrivée donc 1ère nuit quasi blanche.( coté plastique de protection contre les lattes face à nous) Il a fallut le tourner nous mème.La vmc ultra bruyante à ajouter au bruit normal de la clim.Une table à manger où seulement une personne peut mettre ses jambes le reste est obstrué par des pieds et autres montants car cette table est trafiquée maladroitement (il manque la rallonge)Isolation phonique non performante ( voisins russophones très expressifs la nuit).Emplacement top/ cuisine très correcte/ assistance Téléphonique et instruction topService après vente réactif mais décevant(pas de solution trouvée)

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout est à proximité. Le studio est fonctionnel et agréable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. Le seul point négatif concerne le matelas : bien que la literie soit annoncée comme récente, je l’ai trouvé très mou et peu confortable. C’est vraiment le seul inconvénient de mon séjour.
