The key was in a totally different area than stated in emails I received. Thankfully my taxi driver was kind enough to use his phone, as mine would not work, to contact the owner. The location far from the central area but thankfully close enough to the tramway.

Could not have been better. So nice- so quiet but easy to get the the beach and old Town as well! Nice places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds. All the amenities. Really- can't wait to stay here again!

Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious

Great location, amazing view, quiet

We loved our stay here. The boulangerie is very convenient. Tram is a 6 minute walk. The balcony has a very nice view of the city. Highly recommend as a couple or more (doors to divide both sleeping areas). Everything was clean and check in/out was simple.

Repeat Guests at this lovely apt

Lovely apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. Can’t beat the birds singing in the garden in the morning and the smell of fresh bread wafting up from the bakery downstairs. Convenient to tram, groceries stores and several restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive to all messages/inquiries. This is our second stay here.

Great space with a well equipped kitchen, great for cooking in. Ac was perfect for the hot days and although the place is further away from the coast then it says, it is still near public transportation stores. The host was very helpful and patient.

The apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious. We definitely enjoyed the sea view and air conditioning, as it was very warm during our visit. The building also has an elevator, making movement of luggage upstairs a breeze. Working with the owner to acquire the key even though our arrival was late was very easy and hassle free. While the apartment is a bit far outside downtown, it is an easy bus or tram ride down into town. The bakery on the grojnd floor is amazing as well.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Communication and access was simple. Anything you could need was provided. It was a bit further to the promenade than I thought. It definitely required a car. But I would recommend it to others.

Good stay!

This apartment was perfect for me and my friends. 3 people fit really nicely with just enough place! The only kicker was that the location wasn’t where we thought it would be. When we saw the listing it said the apartment inside Old Nice, so that was misleading. But honestly the tram was super close so it wasn’t too bad figuring out how to travel around and didn’t cost us a ton of time being further into town. We felt very safe and our host took great care of us! 3/5 just for location accuracy

Weekend stay

Very happy with my stay. Apartment was clean and the views were amazing. My favorite part of my stay were the views. Host communicates great. Especially when I had trouble with opening the door when arrived. The door needs to be adjusted or fixed to open correctly. Host came over to help. Overall very nice apartment. I will note there is big paint chips that are coming off the main bedroom wall that were not to pleasant to see. Hopefully that will get fixed in the future. Thank you for a good stay.

Enjoyable stay

The apartment has everything we needed, kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook.. would have like some mugs as had to make tea in glasses. Bedroom wall needs some attention - paint and plaster flaking off. No air conditioning on this visit as it was being fixed but the owner provided two fans which were more than satisfactory. The bakers downstairs does delicious pastries for breakfast, well worth a visit. Although the accommodation is further out of town than the Vrbo site suggests it has good tram link and is very quiet, so we found this enjoyable. Didn’t meet the owner as many have on previous reviews, heck in was done virtually which I wasn’t expecting as I had been keeping him updating with arrival times and delays S requested. An enjoyable stay overall

False information on location of apartment.

This was advertised as being 10 mins walk to.seafront when it was 30 mins including a 15 mins tram ride. This cost us 50 euros that we had not budgeted for. This apartment was 3 kilometres from where it was falsely advertised. The really upsetting thing was that this had already been reported to you and you have done nothing to correct it. We will be reluctant to book with you again.

BE AWARE - FALSE LOCATION - Nice Apartment

I found out the location was falsely advertised when I was searching for the exactly location a few days before my stay. I communicated with the owner and he replied indicated that the price reflected the location and it is a decent apartment, he would not give me any refund. Since this is not my first time going to Nice, I was not in the mood to fight. The apartment itself was good and the owner is very good with communication. If it's not for the false advertising of the location, I would have given a 5 star rating. In addition, I re-read some of the reviews and seems like this false location was mentioned multiple times in previous reviews as well.

as you say so well the apartment deserves five stars simply you are mistaken when at the location of the reservation because it is written precisely in the ad as well as from my problems messages I will give it back so if you had read what I told you had written you would have known the exact location of the apartment which is also very well located close to all amenities, you can park for free and all transport is accessible. sorry for you that you wished you were somewhere else where you booked. I hope that despite everything you will come back to Nice even if it is not in my apartment Kind regards, Stanislas

The property was average/low on condition and cleaning-ness as other reviewers have said with walls/ceiling peeling off. But I am an easy person on those things. My rating is because I consider this listing as false advertisement. The property is located 2.6 km away from where it was shown in the Vrbo map. What shows up in the Vrbo map is location of the trolley stop that gets you at the house after a 20 minutes ride. I wanted a room at central Nice (where that trolley stop is) and wouldn't mind paying more but the Vrbo site reveals the house's actual address only after you book. And they don't give you an option to cancel even if you try to do it 5 minutes after you do the booking. The customer support didn't help me either and were trying to argue that they have an approximate location on the map for security reasons. Sorry a 2.6 km distance is not approximate or for security - this could be a different town. Not sure how this was done on the Vrbo map but for me the result is the same. Not sure whom to blame, the Vrbo site, its policies and the customer support equally perhaps. I hope that this review might prevent others from falling in the same trap.

Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für drei Personen gut geeignet. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen. Schöner Blick, auch auf das Meer. Ideal, dass unten im Haus ein Bäcker und 160 m entfernt ein Supermarkt liegt. Von der Tramstation Valrose 700 m entfernt und damit gut angebunden für Besichtigungen der Altstadt von Nizza oder Ausflüge nach Monaco oder Cannes mit der SNCF vom Gare Thiers. Gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjourAppartement très fonctionnel avec vue dégagée et commerces à proximité. Par contre la situation donnée par abritel ne correspond pas à l'adresse.,c'est plus loin du centre mais les transports ne sont pas loin.Nous sommes prêts à revenir.
