Stunning home in Les Moutiers En Retz
6 km from the lively seaside resort of Pornic, the old village of Les Moutiers-en-Retz overlooks the bay of Bourgneuf. The village offers services and shops and is characterised by large 19th century villas. This semi-detached house offers a sunny terrace and a large, fenced garden planted with tall pines that provide natural and refreshing shade. From its quiet location in a cul-de-sac, it is only 80 metres to the beach, where you can collect shells. There are small, cosy coves along the littoral and dolmens and former abbeys can be visited, and 2 km away there is a 1-hectare saltwater lake with a beach and good bathing conditions. There are numerous excellent restaurants in the area, where the freshest fish and seafood, especially oysters, dominate the menus. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and there is a riding centre and a sailing club within a 3 km radius. Pornic offers a casino and a thalassotherapy centre, and there is also a golf course nearby. The island of Noirmoutier 25 km, the Planète Sauvage safari park 20 km, a water sports club 300 m. Car parking possible on the estate.
