Our cottage is located in Semur en Vallon 72390, it is a large house of 200 m² in the countryside comprising:<br><br>- on the first floor a large equipped kitchen, a dining room + living room, 2 toilets, a veranda, and,<br><br>- upstairs, 2 double bedrooms with washbasin; 1 double bedroom with shower room, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 single bed, 1 dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 double bed.<br><br>Outside a garden, an orchard in an enclosed park, a large gravelled courtyard.<br><br>Outdoor games such as ping-pong table, badminton set, football goal... as well as board games and table football.

Un Noël en forêt sarthoise

Super de pouvoir se retrouver à 15 d'une même famille dans un gite accueillant et adapté. A mi chemin entre Rennes et Paris, rien ne manquait : pas même l'apéritif (excellent vin de noix) et les confitures, produits par nos hôtes. Contact très chaleureux avec nos hôtes. Nous recommandons.
