✨Isabella luxurious home at Romana del Oest🏝
Hi!! Welcome to my house, "Isabella", a brand new villa located in Romana del Oeste, La Romana, Dominican Republic. A very clean and stylish property with an awesome illumination and open are to enjoy the beautiful weather at La Romana.
The space
On the 1st floor the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room. Also, a very stylish and relaxing studio.
Main Room:
Incredible master bedroom with a king size bed it's own bathroom and very spacious walk-in-closet. It has its own air conditioning unit, Two night stands with lamps and a dresser. Very modern and stylish room!
Second Room:
Outstanding secondary room with a queen size bed, spacious closet and air conditioning unit. Bathroom is shared with third room. Two night stands with lamps and a dresser.
Third Room:
Great third room with two twin beds, spacious closet and a dresser, two night stands with lamps.
Studio:
Stylish studio with a TV and the .5 bathroom. The Studio could be used like a room for extra guest (couch turns into a sofa beds), an area to relax and watch a movie or even your workstation.
On the 2nd floor the home is turned into a social area great to hang out with friends and family.
Social Area:
2 half bathrooms, Jacuzzi pool, gazebo, chaise lounges, grill area, bar, pool table and a great home theater room!
Guest access
We conduct a personalized check-in to go over the property, the functionality of everything and more important, to answer any questions that you might have. Check-ins begins at 4:00pm. Please, let us know when you’re 30min alway from the property and one of our agents will be more than happy to assist you 😉
Other things to note
During your stay we will be coming in to maintain the villa. Cleaning touch up and give Maintanence to the jacuzzi pool.
**ELECTRICITY***: Remember to please turn off the lights, fans and air conditioners when you are not at the property. PLEASE, DO NOT set the air conditioning temperature below 20°C or 70°F
