- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) and large dressing area
- Utility room with washing machine
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor :
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful 300 m² garden, fully enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Le Relecq-Kerhuon, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles.
