Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 112 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Heating with gas convector on request.

The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. The entrance leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property.
