TV lounge (internet box with wifi) and reading room by the fireplace (high temperature semi-mass wood stove with soapstone to keep the heat in)(electric radiators with heat transfer fluid complete the heating installation). On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower. Upstairs, another bathroom with the same equipment, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine, another master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and, adjoining, a small bedroom for two children (2 bunk beds of 90x190).
All the furniture and equipment are new and up to date.
On the holiday programme: family meals on the large terrace,
rest and relaxation in the garden with trees and enclosed by dry stone walls (450m2), or sunbathing in the small garden to the south on the façade, but also games in the hut on stilts for children.
Environment conducive to hiking, cycling, fishing and swimming (the gorges of the Sioule are at the foot of the village, the lake of Anschald 5 minutes by car, and Montfermy with its waterfall and the picturesque charm of its medieval church, 4 km). Tourist attractions 15 minutes or less away (Vulcania, Puy de Lemptégy, Pontgibaud castle...). The chain of volcanoes (unique geological formation in the world), its natural park and its countless trails are 15-20 minutes away, La Bourboule, Le Mont-Dore and the Massif du Sancy 45 minutes away. The cottage is 3 km from the motorway exit 26 (A89), 3 km from essential shops and 7 km from more specialized shops. 40 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand/Aulnat airport.
