Apartment in the owners' second home. On one level: kitchen, living room (2 single beds 90x190 cm), 1 bedroom in a row from the living room (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, shared laundry room (washing -loth, freezer). Linen rental, end-of-stay cleaning option possible. Outdoor swimming pool shared with the owners, swing, trampoline, on a well-landscaped and enclosed lot (access to the garden by an external staircase). Private parking. Terrace with open view, overlooking the garden. Close to shops and services. Renovated 80s house located on the edge of a small hamlet surrounded by nature. South-east slope overlooking the valley. Cozy and pleasant, very quiet. Country-style decoration. Beautiful landscaped grounds with swimming pool, trampoline, swing. Panoramic view of the valley and the massif. Located 13km from Albertville, famous Olympic city, city of Art and History and its medieval city of Conflans. A "city in the mountains" ideally located to shine on different massifs, ski areas and territories (motorway 4km). Swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) with private terrace in a protected environment of forests and meadows. 18km away, La Sambuy / Seythenex family ski resort. Cross-country trails in Val de Tamié / Seythenex 14km away in the countryside. Close to the famous 17th century Cistercian Abbey of Tamié, rich in history and renowned for its eponymous cheese. Hiking or cycling in the surrounding massifs of Beaufortain, Belledonne and the Bauges Natural Park. 25km from Lake Annecy, the 2nd natural lake in France nicknamed "blue lake" for the quality of its waters (several other bodies of water nearby). The owners will share their passion for bees with you!
