Gîte on the 1st floor of an adjoining chalet, adjoining the owner's apartment. On two levels, access by a covered external staircase. On the 1st floor: kitchen-relaxation area, balcony, shower room, wc. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 single bunk beds). Skiing 50 meters away. Small functional pied à terre in the heart of the village resort of St Sorlin d'Arves, Les Iris is an ideal apartment for a small family or friends. Whether you stay there in summer or in winter, it is located a stone's throw from the shops and the ski lifts. Stay in a warm little cocoon 50 meters from the slopes and the kindergarten. Ideally located, you will find all the shops nearby and many hikes from the cottage.
