Pool 5km. Mountain 7km Lake. Ploughed private parking. The village mill renovated (1820) at the foot of the slopes. On the edge of the heart of the village. Residential quiet. Beautiful natural surroundings: small clearing in forest and river. Good comfort. Spacious and warm. Balcony facing. Nice and large outdoor area landscaped. Gite located at the foot of the slopes of Arêches, an authentic and preserved village resort in the heart of the Beaufortain massif. 20km away, Les Saisies, a famous Nordic Olympic site (120km of slopes). Snowshoe and pedestrian routes, cross-country skiing nearby. Privileged location for magnificent hikes to high-altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and hamlets with typical houses. Many sports, fun, aerial and sometimes unusual outdoor activities between Arêches, Beaufort and Les Saisies. Important religious heritage with the famous Chemin du Baroque. Marked mountain pasture trails for mountain biking. For cyclists, the famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise or the Col du Joly between Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
