Immaculate 3bd 2bath home with a wall of windows to the bay that is full of fish, wildlife, and stunning sunrises. Bring your boat, paddle board, wind surfing board, fishing poles, crab pots, fins and snorkels to use on our dock. Dock is lighted, has a fish cleaning station with running water. Enjoy walks or biking along the path that runs the entire length of the cape.. Cook hot dogs and s’mores in the fire pit or while watching the sunset over the gulf. If you enjoy photography and birdwatching you will be amazed. Horseback riding on the beach and pickle ball are offered at Salinas Park. There is a hiking/nature trail in the State Park. If you need to get a little work done, we offer 5G internet.

We had a fabulous time at this property! We have been coming to the Cape for many years, but for this stay we needed a smaller space… not for 13 to 15.. This house was beautiful, clean, and had a beautiful view of the bay! The dock was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised to get to use the kayaks and paddle boards provided, which we usually have to rent. This is a fantastic vacation home, and I’d encourage anyone who wants an amazing place on the bay to stay here. If you haven’t stayed on the cape before, there are plenty of places to get on the gulf side, so this is the best of both! We loved it!!

Snowbirds house is wonderful! House was clean. The view of the bay spectacular, especially the sunset! Plenty of parking for our truck and 23’ boat and still had room for more vehicles! We wanted to stay an extra day, contacted Carol and we were able to enjoy another wonderful day on the bay! Thank you Carol for being a wonderful host!

Great views!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were down for a family vacation and really utilized the dock and space under the house (shade). We would definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION

THIS WAS OUR 2ND TRIP TO THIS PROPERTY. ENJOYED SNORKELING, KAYAKING, AND HANGING OUT ON THE BEACH. THE SEMI-PRIVATE DOCK IS A BIG PLUS. HOPE TO VISIT HERE AGAIN.

Family vacation 2025

Had a great stay at the house. The water at the dock is shallow at low tide. Had the push the boat back in the evening but there are no rocks or coral so the boat was fine. Lots of space in the house and it was clean. It has a big driveway and plenty of parking.

The views from the house are amazing. The house is roomy and set up well for a family or couples. Communication with the host was very easy. We would definitely stay again.

We continue to love our stay at Carol and Phil’s bayside home. From the open floor plan to the windows and decks over looking the bay- it’s a perfect retreat for our family. We enjoy boating in the bay and a short drive to the beach!

Spring break retreat

This was such a relaxing, beautiful house! The view can not be beat. We could not have asked for more with a great dock, kayaks, paddle board and the fire pit was perfect for the cool evenings. The owners are so nice and really want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have stayed on the ocean side but the bay is really the best! Our family will definitely stay hear again.

Our family has enjoyed Cape San Blas for many years. We enjoy the small town atmosphere with the tranquility of both the bay and the gulf. We go on morning walks to exercise while enjoying all the nature that the Cape has to offer. We relish in the fact that there is such delicious fresh seafood available. We love that the area is not overcrowded and relaxing. We never get tired of the spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and clear views of the Milky Way. There are so many treasures along the shorelines as you stroll along. Our beaches are extremely clean and everyone is friendly.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has so much to offer. The home is quite spacious, open concept, freshly remodeled, and views to die for! The home is filled in the mornings with the splendid colors of the sunrise and the bay reflects magnificent colors from the sunset. Enjoy the birds as the come to feed each morning and afternoon. Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the 475 ft dock at the house that we also own 2 doors down. Feel free to bring you boat, fishing poles, or crab pots. We also have some kayaks that are shared. Roast hotdog and s’mores on the fire pit or have a bonfire on the Gulf beach. When the moon comes up it glitters as the light dances on the water. Our street is very quiet, private, and relaxing. We own four properties in a row if you are wishing to a large family reunion or special event and need accommodations for a larger number of guests. Our properties are very well maintained and we are very quick to respond to all of your needs.
