Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been going to the Cape for several years, and this home is definitely in our top 2 for places we’ve stayed. First, the house was bright and clean. The rooms were all spacious with the perfect amount of space for our family. The open floor plan upstairs was perfect w/ lots of seating. The 3 balconies were a favorite. My husband and I ate a couple of meals on the main deck that overlooks the beautiful, serene bay. Our pups LOVED the cool tile floor after playing in the sun. :). Three of the bathrooms had nice, large, showers. The other had a tub option which was perfect for our kiddos. Our two littles shared the room with 2 beds while the teenagers got their own room and bathroom (all downstairs). The icing on the cake was the abundance of amenities provided. I cannot stress enough how having full bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, ample toilet paper rolls per bathroom for the entire stay, plenty of paper towels, dish liquid for the whole week, laundry detergent for the whole week, plenty of garbage bags to cover the entire week, full-sized bar soaps for each bathroom added to our experience. We always end up making a couple of trips because we run out of what we bring or we forget something. All of these items were perfect and saved us a couple of trips to the store. The infinity pool was a fave for our kiddos. My husband and I enjoyed paddling around the bay on the SUP board that we rented with the $250 credit to VayKLife. We were able to hand carry the board across the lawn and hop straight in the water. It was perfect! The first night, we walked out on the dock and were able to witness the bioluminescent effect happening in the water. Such a cool thing to see. We will absolutely seek out this home on our next stay. We can’t say enough about this property. Unbelievably gorgeous and perfect in every way. Amazing interior decoration, premium beds, luxurious linens and that back porch with the glass surround makes it perfect for relaxing with a view. Seriously, we will be booking this again. We’ve been coming to CSB for years and this is by far the best house yet.

It’s the little things that matter…the owners clearly have our enjoyment in mind!! Every detail in every room was thought out, the rooms were large, comfortable seating for a large family in dining room and living, thick towels, great water pressure, 2 sinks in kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 wash/ dryers was very helpful, every bedroom has a full bath, the outside stairs off main porch connected to walkway to the beach, just incredible!! Cape San Blas is our families favorite place to rest and relax the past 7 years and this year was an upgrade. Super grateful for our time there and looking forward to returning to Sanding Ovation!

We had a great holiday week & the house was beautifully perfect. The kitchen was equipped nicely for cooking our Thanksgiving meal! We can't wait for our next trip back to one of our favorite places!!

This was our 1st visit to The Cape. I would HIGHLY recommend our host. She made everything super easy and communication was fast and excellent. Location was very convenient to the water and dining. You dont have to worry a out a good nights sleep as the host has spared no expense on excellent mattresses in all of the rooms.
