Golf Course setting 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Home in Eagle Crest Resort. This Home is perfect for Golf Outings, Family Gatherings, Small Groups, Couples and Offsite Work Meetings. An open and spacious home designed to accommodate your choice of groups. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms (One bathroom is with a Jack and Jill).
The Lower Level of the Home is for Gathering and Entertainment. The upper level is where all the Sleeping Rooms are Located except for One Bedroom Downstairs. 4000 square feet plus
3 car Garage.
Back patio with the Hot Tub off the side of the patio.

The resort is centrally located for all of Central Oregon's golf and multitude of other recreational activities. Most resort facilities are within walking distance.
Also located on site are Two Championship Golf Courses.

The lot is one full acre and is completely surrounded by Golf Course Fairways and Greens. It feels like you have no other Homes around you - although this Home is in the middle of the Ridge part of the Resort. This property is very private and roomy.

There are fantastic views of two golf course greens and two T-boxes.
View of Mt Jefferson from the Master Bedroom and Views of Cline Butte from the Master Bathroom Jetted Tub. Plenty of Parking and a Private Drive from the Main Street. Deer visits are common.

I believe this was our 10th stay in the past 12 years (2 off for Covid). Exceptional house for our group of 8 golfers - everyone gets a bed. Spacious living areas and great deck and jacuzzi. We will be back next year!

Beautiful big house off the golf Cource, yet very Private. We did have trouble with both ovens. Over heating and under heating. The trundle bed was not made up. And the linen closet had no bedding in it. None of the bathrooms had any towels. But we did find all the towels in the hallway closest. It was just un-inviting not to arrive with the bathrooms stocked.

We have located all the towels to the linen hall closet as many guests prefer one central location for all the towels. With 4 bathrooms it is not possible to know how many guests will use/share the same bathroom.

It was a “ wow” kind of house for us. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was dated and the cooking pans were okay. The house itself and the location, awesome! We will be back again. Wish there were more towels though. Rooms were very comfortable.

The setting is very private. You can watch out the windows and see nature. You can watch golfers on the Ridge Course. You can see deer and enjoy mountain views from upstairs.
Plenty of movies and games to have fun indoors. Bikes and scooters for outdoors.
